Our services

Seven services, one accountable team.

01

Process analysis and mapping

See how work really flows.

Discuss this service

We analyse your existing processes and map each step visually, so inefficiencies, duplication and bottlenecks are impossible to miss. We also capture the knowledge currently held in people’s heads, in a form the whole team can use.

What you get

  • Stakeholder interviews and observation
  • Current-state maps in BPMN 2.0 notation
  • Documented procedures and responsibilities
  • Bottleneck, risk and waste register

Best for

Businesses with undocumented, inconsistent or hard-to-explain processes.

02

Workflow streamlining

Fewer steps. Fewer errors. Faster turnaround.

Discuss this service

We work with you to remove unnecessary steps and hand-offs, and design simpler, clearer workflows. The result is higher productivity, fewer mistakes and shorter lead times.

What you get

  • Future-state process design
  • Hand-off and responsibility clarity
  • Quick wins you can implement immediately
  • Business case for larger changes

Best for

Teams slowed by rework, approvals and unclear ownership.

03

Automation and technology integration

Let systems do the repetitive work.

Discuss this service

We identify tasks worth automating, connect the systems you already use and help you choose and implement process automation, workflow automation and AI automation that fits the process, not the other way round. Business process optimisation comes first, so you never automate a broken process.

What you get

  • Automation opportunity assessment
  • Systems integration requirements
  • Tool selection and implementation support
  • Testing and acceptance

Best for

Businesses re-keying data, chasing approvals or juggling disconnected tools.

04

Performance measurement and analysis

Manage by evidence, not instinct.

Discuss this service

We help you define the metrics that matter, set up data collection and build reporting that shows whether the improved process is working and where to improve next.

What you get

  • KPI framework aligned to your goals
  • Baseline and target setting
  • Dashboards and reporting
  • Regular performance reviews

Best for

Leaders who cannot answer “are we better than last quarter, and by how much?”

05

Change management and training

Change your team will adopt.

Discuss this service

New processes only work when people use them. We guide your team through the transition with clear communication, practical training and documentation that makes the new way the easy way.

What you get

  • Stakeholder and impact assessment
  • Communication and engagement plan
  • Role-based training and guides
  • Adoption tracking and support

Best for

Organisations whose past improvements faded because people reverted.

  • Custom web and mobile applications, SaaS products and MVP development
  • Systems and API integration between the tools you already use
  • Workflow automation and approval tools built from your process maps
  • Legacy software modernisation, AI automation, support and ongoing improvement

Processes need to evolve as your business and technology change. We provide ongoing support, governance and improvement cycles so your results hold and grow.

What you get

  • Process governance and ownership
  • Periodic health checks
  • Emerging-technology review

Best for

Growing businesses that want improvement to be a habit, not a project.

Why Process Elevation

How we are different.

Process first, technology second

We choose tools to fit the process. We do not sell you software to fix a problem you have not yet defined.

Built for adoption

We design with the people who will run the process, then train and support them, so change is used, not shelved.

Rigour you can see

Every engagement has agreed success measures and clear decision points. You always know where things stand.

Global standard, local relationship

International-grade method and documentation, delivered with the responsiveness of a trusted local partner.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

How much does an engagement cost?

Every engagement is scoped to your business, so we do not publish a rate card. After the consultation we confirm the scope, deliverables and fees in writing before any work starts.

What industries do you work with?

Our clients span digital agencies, healthcare and aged care, telecommunications, manufacturing, marine services and community organisations. Process problems look remarkably similar across industries.

Do you work with clients outside Melbourne?

Yes. We are based in Melbourne and work with clients across Australia, the USA, Europe, Africa and Asia. We use video, shared documentation and agreed review points, and we schedule sessions around your time zone.

What happens in the 30-minute consultation?

We listen to how your business works, identify where work gets stuck and discuss what to tackle first, whether that is business process improvement, workflow automation or a software idea. You leave with a clearer picture and practical next steps, whether or not we work together.

Do you implement the technology as well?

We specify, select and manage implementation. Where custom software is required, we can bring in engineering partners so that one accountable team stays in charge of the outcome.

What is the difference between process mapping and workflow automation?

Process mapping documents how work currently flows so problems are visible. Workflow automation then uses software to remove manual steps, hand-offs and re-keying from the redesigned process. We do the mapping first because automating a broken process only makes the problem faster.

Do you develop custom software and mobile apps?

Yes. Our software development division, Flo Studio Software, builds custom web applications, mobile apps, integrations and internal business systems. Every project starts with a consultation and process analysis, so the software is built around a clearly understood business problem.

How do you make sure changes last?

We build adoption into the plan: role-based training, clear documentation, measurable KPIs and a continuous improvement cadence after go-live.
