1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website, processelevation.com.au (the Site), operated by Process Elevation Pty Ltd (ABN 91 670 683 495) (we, us). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Consulting services are provided under a separate written proposal, statement of work or agreement. If there is any inconsistency between that document and these terms, the written agreement prevails for the services.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • use the Site in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems or other users’ data;
  • introduce malware or interfere with the operation or security of the Site;
  • use automated tools to scrape or copy the Site, other than ordinary search-engine indexing; or
  • send us content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringes the rights of others.

We may limit, suspend or end access to the Site if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, diagrams, methodologies and software, is owned by or licensed to Process Elevation and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. Any other use requires our written permission.

If you send us content, you confirm you have the right to do so and give us a non-exclusive licence to use it to respond to your enquiry.

4. General information only

The content on the Site is general information about our services and business process topics. It is not professional, legal, financial or tax advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances. We take care to keep information accurate and current but do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free.

5. Links to other websites

The Site may link to third-party websites and services, such as LinkedIn. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to the previous section, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data or loss of opportunity arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or from reliance on its content. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited, at our option, to resupplying the relevant information or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

9. Indemnity

You indemnify us against loss or damage that we suffer as a result of your breach of these terms or your unlawful or negligent misuse of the Site, except to the extent that we caused or contributed to that loss.

10. Availability
